Shipping Policy: 

Orders over $49.00 qualify for free shipping to the lower 48 in USA! Frozen Food is excluded from free shipping. 

Shipping Options For Lower 48 in USA:

Economy Ground: (5-9 Business Days)

We will select the most cost effective way to deliver the package to you. We utilize FedEx Smart Post which will be delivered by Fedex or Fedex will deliver the box to the USPS and they will bring it to the final destination. We also use FedEx smart post which uses the same system.

Standard Ground: ( Up to 5 Business Days)

Can only be delivered to a regular street address no PO boxes.

Next Day Air: (Delivered Next Business Day)

2 Day Air: (2 Business Days)

3 Day Air: (3 Business Days)

Priority Mail: (Typically 2-3 Business Days)

Express Mail: (Typically 1-2 Business Days)

• Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day. • Most orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). Though we process your orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, FedEx carriers pick up packages Monday through Friday only. Saturday pick up is available through USPS.

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts.

• All International orders are shipped USPS only.

FedEx or USPS doesn't deliver on statutory holidays such as Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For complete holiday schedule please see below table. Below is a list of Days our shipping partners will be closed and no package delivery or shipping will occur. During Peak holiday times in December please allow extra time for packages to arrive. We do ship packages right out during peak times but carriers will have delays due to the large amount of packages.

For Leaving Packages without a Signature: Fedex & USPS sends tracking information to you via email. On the day that your order is scheduled for delivery, you can leave a note on the door instructing the driver to leave the package without obtaining a signature. Please note that this does depend on the specific driver and some will not leave the package. You may also contact your local Fedex or Post Office to file a signature waiver for all packages delivered to your home.

For Refusing Packages: If the shipment is refused or marked “returned to shipper” by UPS, we will receive the packages back then issue a credit to the customer minus a 25% restocking fee. If not all items are refused, then only the items received back will be credited.

FROZEN FOOD SHIPPING POLICY INFORMATION:

We recommend a 8 lb. minimum order of frozen food.

• Orders are shipped with dry ice every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, weather and holidays permitting, by UPS to Arrive withing 2-days. No PO Boxes!

Frozen Food Shipping cost:

Frozen food will be calculated at the time of checkout and added to your shipping total. Frozen shipping is calculated in the most economical way insuring that the package arrives to you in 2 days.

 

FROZEN FOOD ORDERING:

Frozen food orders are shipped separately from dry good orders. Frozen Food orders are shipped to all 48 contiguous states.

Out of Stock Items:

Although we stock a high level of inventory, we do run out of stock on products from time to time. Sometimes an item is in high demand; sometimes the manufacturer is simply delayed in shipping the product. We will not hold your order due to an out of stock item.

For Back-order Items:

Back-order items will be shipped at no additional cost.

Damaged Items:

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All damage claims must be filed with your carrier. We are more than happy to provide you with full assistance in this unlikely event. Please note that orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or rejected due to shipping delays unless express service was requested at the time of ordering.

Return Shipping Instructions:

All returned items should be packed in the same manner as they were originally shipped to you. Please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping container (do not mark the product box) or on the shipping label. You are free to use any carrier that you wish but we recommend UPS because all packages shipped via UPS are automatically insured at $100 free of charge and all packages delivered here by UPS are signed for. If you choose USPS we strongly suggest that you purchase Insurance and Signature Confirmation as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during the return trip. In the event that a package is listed as "Delivered" but cannot be found, only the signature of a Ken's Fish employee will suffice as proof of delivery to our warehouse.
